The process begins with completing an online questionnaire, followed by scheduling a virtual appointment. Virtual consultations are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, Aesthetic Records. These consultations will include video and voice communication, which are required. During your appointment, your personalized prescription will be discussed.

If the questionnaire and virtual appointment are not completed within 14 days, the appointment will be canceled.
