During your appointment, your personalized prescription will be discussed.
To ensure a smooth process, please be prepared to share recent photos, your medical history, and any medications you are currently taking. Make sure you are in a well-lit, private space where you feel comfortable speaking with your healthcare provider.
Communication will be handled through Shopify online messages, WhatsApp for sharing photos, and Aesthetic Records. For your privacy, please avoid using text messages to share personal information.
If the questionnaire and virtual appointment are not completed within 14 days, the appointment will be canceled.
